The Timberline Special Service District (TSSD) was created by the Summit County Council to facilitate snow removal and road maintenance.  The TSSD Board is a quasi government body made up of board members who are appointed by the summit county council to 2 Years terms.  

​TSSD collects an annual assessment to all property owners to fund winter snow removal and season road maintenance and improvements.
