About TSSD

What is TSSD?
The Timberline Special Service District (TSSD) was created by the Summit County Council to facilitate snow removal and road maintenance within the jurastritional boundaries of Timberline.  The TSSD Board is a quasi government body made up of volunteer Timberline residents who are appointed by the Summit County council as board members to serve to 4 Years terms.

TSSD collects an annual assessment to all property owners to fund winter snow removal and season road maintenance and improvements.

What TSSD is NOT
TSSD is not a Homeowners Association (HOA). The Timberline Lot Owners' Association (TLOA) was originally created to address neighborhood matters, appoint an Architectural Committee, and enforce CC&Rs. As of December 2025, the TLOA has no active members and no scheduled meetings.

If you’re interested in reactivating the TLOA, please contact the TSSD board at board@timberlinessdut.gov, and we’ll help inform the community of your efforts.
